Conclusion

LifeTime Fitness is all around a well rounded company, with many branches connected all together creating a well organized team. Without the help from multiple departments, staffing, and members LifeTime would not be the company that it is today. When we dove in and studied one of the main branches of the club, being the Kids Academy, we knew that there would have been a lot of information to digest and take apart to understand how everything runs and operates smoothly. Everything from their applications used to systems software is done so that everything is up to date and precise to any information that the company needs on their members. The Kids Academy accommodates everyone and any situation so that all parents and children can enjoy themselves without any worry. Whether it be parents night out, birthday parties, or camps, these are just a few of the events that the Kids Academy located in the LifeTime has to offer. 

There is always something for everyone, and all members are able to access all this information through their LifeTime app, and sign their children up for any of the events listed for the month that they want. All children signed up are linked up to excerpt, and the Kids Academy team members can then plan accordingly for how they should set up a schedule that is fun for kids of all ages, leading them to come back for more. Through our rigorous research with this department of the company we were able to learn so much about how everything operates and how much work goes on behind the scenes that no one knows about. It is not one person or one thing that allows everything to run, it is the work of a whole staff working together day in and day out to ensure that we uphold our mission and lead every single day with their best foot forward. 

We would like to thank Manager Ana Garrido and Assistant Manager Kimberley McGill for allowing us to take the time to do our research with them, and for allowing us to gather all the information that we needed in order to perform proper research of the company that shows everything that they stand for. Without their help we would not have been able to scratch the surface of understanding everything that goes on within the Kids Academy and everything that they must go through in order to be able to provide the best experience while also providing the best care that they can for the kids. Kids Academy is run by amazing people backed up by an amazing team and they all work together to reach a common goal of making each day a little better without the worry of wondering how.
