Dynamic Process Analysis

Dynamic business process is more of an adaptive process that requires less of a set structure. The dynamic process at LifeTime Kids Academy would be the marketing process. The main marketing process and strategies that LifeTime Kids Academy uses are done through Instagram. Instagram is one of the most essential information systems that LifeTime uses to promote its Kids Academy service. Promotions are done through posts such as reels, stories, and photo and video postings. LifeTime also pays for Instagram advertisements so that their name comes up at a higher ranking on the search results.

The business dynamic process is done through marketing. Instagram is the main information system that is used to target those demographics. LifeTime uses the Instagram platform to focus on interacting with its audience through polls and commenting in hopes of converting them into existing customers which ultimately gives them business. LifeTime developed a social media plan in order to have an effective Social Media Information System. LifeTime’s goal is to, “Provide an entertaining, educational, friendly and inviting, Functional and Innovative experience of uncompromising quality that meets the needs of their customers.”

LifeTime uses success metrics in order to see if their strategies are working and what needs to be improved and what can be kept in place in order to make a profit off of the business. LifeTime focuses on interacting with the younger crowd of gym members who are between the ages of thirty to forty-five. The reason is that gym members of those ages most likely have young children that need to be looked after while the parent is not around. As that is exactly what the Kids Academy is for, it serves as a fun and safe environment for children between the ages of one year to eleven years of age. LifeTime defines its value as a business by resonating with its teams and customers, being easy to understand, and exemplifying leadership as a company. LifeTime also makes personal connections with its customers by going above and beyond to cater to their needs, responding to their concerns or issues, and responding to their feedback.

Social capital refers to the sets of shared values or resources that allow people to work together in a team to effectively achieve the same goal. It allows a group of people to accomplish their goals. In business, social capital and its values are interrelated with each other and can contribute to a company's success by building a sense of shared values and mutual respect. For LifeTime, the estimated social capital would be various health, education, and entertainment outcomes among the academy children.

Enterprise Social Network is a social media platform that employees use to communicate and come together internally. In contrast, Enterprise 2.0 is using the platform to create a culture within the organization such as openness and collaboration. SLATE stands for Search, Links, Authoring, Tags, Extensions, and Signals. SLATE is used to determine whether Enterprise 2.0 has the correct requirements to make the platform efficient. LifeTime does use an enterprise social network and that would again be Beekeeper. Not only does Beekeeper allow groups and branches of the organization to communicate with each other, but it also allows employees to post images or videos about events that took place at the club and feedback that they have received to help see what can be improved for any future events. Within LifeTime, Beekeeper is known as “the Instagram of the organization alone.”

When using Beekeeper, LifeTime creates ways to take action when addressing SMIS security concerns. The company made sure that the employees implemented a two-factor authentication when logging in. The company also conducts a regular audit of what is being posted on the platform to ensure that the employees are abiding by the policies. Upon using Beekeeper, employees are to refrain from posting any client's personal information, controversial topics, and inappropriate content. When inappropriate content and unfavorable review is posted, LifeTime takes the initiative to reach out to the individual, and depending on the situation they will take the discussion offline to better understand the issue that is occurring.
